Returns 

We will offer your reimbursement if you keep the item and make adjustments locally.
Please note the request on the after-sale problem shall be issued within 7 natural days after the item arrives at you.
During Covid-19, shipping time is not stable, Hadulcet offer full payment back if there is delay, buyer should send it back to get full payment back. if you still want to keep this dress, we will give you a discount of 50%

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hadulcet@outlook.com

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

For all items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process
  • Email our Customer Service: hadulcet@outlook.com within 7 natural days upon receiving your order. Please send us an explanation and photographs to state the reason for your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.
  • Once you received the reply from hadulcet@outlook.com, it means your request for return has been approved. Please return the dress to us with the address we provided ASAP (3-7 days). This information must be written and sent to us with the package: Order Number/Email/Full Name. This is very important for us to recognize your package. We are not able to arrange a refund without this information.
  • All the item that be returned must be checked. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the money to get back to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge. Once receive the return item, we will check and deal with the refund in 3 to 5 business days. We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition. The refund would get back to your account in 2 business days, it also depends on the processing efficiency of your bank.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
